Kanal hiburan Yahoo! Indonesia, Yahoo! Indonesia OMG! sudah diluncurkan sejak 9 Juni lalu. Salah satu fiturnya, Blog, menampilkan sejumlah blogger, baik blogger dari kalangan selebritas, maupun dari kalangan penulis dan jurnalis. Ada Raditya Dika dan Maylaffayza serta blogger-blogger yang sudah dikenal lama malang melintang seperti Asmara ‘Miund” Wreksono, Benny Chandra, Purwanto Setyadi dan juga Maryadie yang sudah ikutan.

“Request to License” lewat Getty Images di Flickr

Ada miliaran foto di Flickr, yang hampir semuanya cantik untuk dilihat. Tapi, jika Anda seorang fotografer pemula, bagaimana Anda bisa mencuri perhatian? Dan, jika Anda mencari cara untuk menggunakan foto untuk pekerjaan Anda, blog, kampanye iklan atau yang lainnya, bagaimana Anda menemukan hanya satu yang tepat dan pastikan Anda memiliki hak yang tepat untuk menggunakannya?

Mulai hari ini di Flickrverse, anggota Flickr dan pengunjung dapat bekerja dengan satu sama lain melalui program baru dengan Getty Images yang disebut “Request to License”. Kami telah membangun program ini mulai pada keberhasilan peluncuran kami dari Koleksi Flickr pada Getty Images lebih dari satu tahun yang lalu.

Jadi, bagaimana cara kerjanya? Pada informasi Tambahan di bawah pos halaman foto umum Anda bisa dilihat link “Want to license”. Hanya Anda yang bisa melihat link ini. Pengunjung halaman foto Anda tidak bisa melihatnya.

Mengklik link tersebut akan membawa Anda ke halaman pengaturan Anda, dimana Anda dapat memutuskan apakah Anda ingin bergabung dengan program “Request to License”. Pilih opsi yang paling sesuai dengan kebutuhan Anda dan “Simpan” untuk menghapus notifikasi “Request to License” dari halaman Anda. Jika Anda bergabung, pengunjung ke halaman publik foto Anda akan melihat link Permintaan Lisensi.

Ketika calon pemegang lisensi melihat gambar ditandai untuk lisensi, mereka dapat mengklik link dan dihubungkan dengan perwakilan dari Getty Images yang akan membantu menangani rincian seperti perizinan, rilis dan harga. Setelah dikaji, editor Getty Images akan mengirimkan email lewat FlickrMail untuk meminta lisensi dari karya Anda, baik untuk penggunaan komersial atau editorial. Keputusan untuk memberikan lisensi selalu ada pada Anda.

Di halaman itu, Anda bisa memperoleh sajian berita hiburan terkini dari Indonesia yang dipasok mitra kami: Antara, Asian Plus, Cek & Ricek, KapanLagi, Okezone, Tempo Interaktif dan Vivanews. Berita hiburan dari luar negeri, tentunya, kami sajikan pula. Tak hanya soal selebritas, film dan musik, tapi ada juga ulasan beragam topik yang ditulis sejumlah blogger Indonesia.

Customer care

PR

  • Contribute to and sign-off Koprol PR communications where relevant.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, this includes a strong command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia,
  • Strong grasp of general knowledge, current affairs and pop culture, and in-depth knowledge of Indonesia.

  • Experience with customer acquisition strategies and consumer marketing and competitive analysis.
  • Strong interest in fostering relationships and getting people together.

Summary of Role:

The Community Manager (Indonesia) will be reporting to the Country Editor of Yahoo! Indonesia and will be tasked with building and nurturing strong and healthy Communities for Yahoo! Community Products in Indonesia.

Tunjukan video klip musik Anda ke seluruh dunia lewat Yahoo! Indonesia

“Bagaimana jika para musisi/label bisa mempromosikan video clip nya di Yahoo! ? Would that be good?” Pertanyaan yang saya sampaikan di beberapa jaringan sosial ini mengundang banyak reaksi positif terutama dari kalangan musisi dan juga indie label. Betapa tidak? Andaikata video klip lagu-lagu mereka bisa dipajang di Yahoo! Indonesia yang jumlah pengunjungnya masuk dalam hitungan salah satu yang terbesar di Indonesia, tentunya karya mereka bisa semakin banyak di apresiasi oleh para penikmat yang ada di internet. Seperti kita ketahui, internet ini tidak lah mengenal batasan negara sehingga potensinya pun jadi sangat luas.

Beberapa saat yang lalu saya pernah menulis sebuah blogpost yang berjudul:  Mau tampil di halaman depan Yahoo! Indonesia? Mungkin Anda masih ingat?. Kali ini kami berusaha membantu teman-teman agar video klip lagu-lagu kalian bisa terpajang di halaman depan Yahoo! Indonesia.

Bagaimana caranya? Sangatlah mudah, upload video klip Anda ke YouTube atau Vimeo, lalu kirimkan link video klip Anda ke saya di bangwin@yahoo-inc.com , plus keterangan lagu (judul, pengarang, label, tahun terbit, dan link ke website si band/artis). Atau jika Anda sudah punya akun Yahoo! Mim, maka tinggal kirimkan permalink video Anda yang ada di Yahoo! Mim pada kami. Setiap minggu kami akan pilih beberapa video klip yang akan kami tampilkan di halaman depan Yahoo! Indonesia.

Karena kami akan menggunakan platform Yahoo! Mim, jika Anda punya dan menggunakan akun Yahoo! Mim untuk video klip Anda maka akan sangat membantu bagi kami untuk menyebarkannya. Perlu Anda ketahui, Yahoo! Mim adalah produk social media kami yang pertumbuhannya sangat pesat.

Partnerships

  • Manage the Knowledge Partnership program for Yahoo! Answers in your market, providing support to existing partners, surfacing their content through editorial position and assisting in the set up and training of new partners where relevant.

Sales

  • Provide expert advice to Sales where relevant to ensure Sales partnerships are optimized.
  • Assist Sales in setting up sponsorships for Yahoo! Answers and Groups in your market

PR

  • Contribute to and sign-off Answers PR communications where relevant.

Job Description

As a key part of the Yahoo! Southeast Asia Customer Care team, the bilingual Customer Experience Specialist will be responsible for ensuring a positive customer experience through evaluating work performed by our Customer Care Agents, managing email escalations and driving content effectiveness of our online Help and Standard Response on several of Yahoo! products and services. The Specialist will also be driving various initiatives to constantly improve the customer experience for our Bahasa Indonesia and English speaking users.

The Customer Experience Specialist must be someone who is passionate about assisting customers and committed to owning the delivery of an exceptional experience.

Yahoo! is looking for someone who enjoys a challenge and has had experience participating in a collaborative environment and developing creative solutions.

The ideal candidates will possess a passion for service, extremely sound judgment, and a clear understanding of teamwork.

Job Description:

  • Manage escalations through email support from Tier 1, Tier 2 and internal teams by addressing and expertly resolving issues within the contracted Service Level targets
  • Monitor and evaluate email, phone and chat transactions done by Tier 1 agents against Yahoo! standards to identify areas of opportunity and success
  • Build relationships with Vendor Partners via monitoring & evaluating contacts, facilitating phone, chat and email calibration sessions, and driving action plans
  • Own Content Management of Online Help and Standard Response content for assigned properties and markets
  • Drive online Help effectiveness for assigned market by measuring content relevance, analyzing trends and creating action plans for improvement
  • Translate documents from English to Bahasa Indonesia
  • Provide team and management with reports on contact drivers, analysis of results and trends in Quality and Help relevance
  • Work with peers, Product Support Management, Operations Management and Vendor Partners to drive and implement programs to improve the customer experience
  • Ability to take on other duties or projects, as assigned


Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in a customer support operations role preferably in a technical environment
  • Strong Internet skills, a passion for thinking about things from both customer’s point of view and a support agent’s point of view along with a broad understanding of Yahoo! products and services
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia to analyze, interpret, and address customer needs
  • Quick learner with good research, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good translation skills are a plus
  • Must have good prioritization skills, follow-up and ability to work independently and make sound business recommendations
  • Proven track record of working in a self-directed manner towards achieving Key Performance Indicators
  • A Bachelors degree or equivalent level of education is required
